always sitting on his bucket since the 1930s hes oor wullie one of scotlands most memorable sons he was even used as a mascot for the topper in the 1960s. no one knows why but we will find out one day the strange thing about it was that he wore a tophat and didnt in any of the strips featured in the sunday post.
